FEATURES
Anti-robbery monobloc with the main structure made of steel.
It has been
purposely built this way in order to obtain the maximum results from the
metal detector that is placed inside the structure. It is finished with
serial colour RAL 8019 dark brown RAL 9011 black -RAL 7035 light
grey.
Total weight 800, dim. 1050 x 1050 x 2400, complete of:
ROTATING ROUND DOUBLE DOORS made with bullet-proof and break-proof glass.
METAL DETECTOR. placed inside the structure TRANSIT SPEED: 6 passages per minute.
SELFMANAGEMNT with weight control system that detects objects left in the
internal transit area every time the metal detector goes on and automatic
reset.
Vocal message.
SELFPOWERING in standard version with # 2 batteries of 2 A/h ON LINE that
allow the monobloc to work should there be a power failure.
Programmed anti-hostage FUNCTION that forbids two people to enter the
building at the same time through a weight control system placed under the
transit area.
It can be adjusted at 80/90/100/110/120 Kg.
ANTI-ISOLATION SYSTEM. By pushing the door's alarm button inside the
monobloc, the external door is freed and it can be opened manually after
the internal door has closed.
First entrance and last exit FUNCTION with electromagnetic key.
TRAFFIC LIGHT AND INTERCOM SYSTEM is composed of an intercom placed on the
outside of the monobloc with traffic lights and intercom call and open push
buttons.
Transit area halogen LIGHTS.
EMERGENCY door opening in despite of their position.
COMMAND CONSOLE with internal intercom, automatic/manual functions, metal

COMMAND LOGIC, single-card version with programmable microprocessor, with
the possibility to be interfaced with a serial line, TV transmission and
event recorder.
INTERNAL WALLS that protect the client while the doors are in movement.
PAINT FINISH that is highly resistant to pollutants and accidental
collisions.
ELECTROMECCANICAL MOTOR (reversible) with security block when closing, low
tension power set by a control system that guarantees a constant setting of
the motor's torque keeping it within the desired values.
ANTI-ACCIDENT SECURITY SYSTEM that conforms with the norm CEE 84/529 and
86/312 designed with kinetic energy <10 J, optical security edges placed
along the edges of the rotating door.
REVERSIBLE EXTERNAL DOOR controlled by an un-block push button. It can be
opened manually.
FOTOCELLS (TWO) one placed in the entrance and the other in the exit. They
control the opening in order to avoid a contact with the door and they speed
up the process.
Security MECHANICAL LOCK to close the external door.
